Ryosuke Cohen: The Legendary Pioneer of Mail Art

The official collection of works from Ryosuke Cohen's BRAIN CELL project — the world's longest-running mail art project, launched in Osaka in 1985. Over 6,000 artists across 80+ countries have participated, mailing stamps, drawings, and collage fragments to Cohen, who assembles them into printed sheets and returns them to all participants. Cohen has been nominated for the Nobel Peace Prize in recognition of his contribution to international artistic dialogue.
