Four questions
we hear most.

01

I'm not sure how to choose the right work for my space

We listen to the concept and purpose of your space, then select the most suitable works. From original paintings to interior art and art prints, we offer a wide range of options.

02

Works by international artists seem out of reach

Through our relationships with artists whose work is held in MoMA and LACMA collections, we can present works that rarely enter the general market.

03

I'm unsure which format or price point suits my budget

From unique originals and limited-edition prints to interior art and art prints, we help you find the right solution for your space and budget.

04

I'm concerned about managing or rotating works after purchase

We provide long-term support including condition checks, work rotation and certificate of authenticity management.

Why ART & DAY

As a gallery, we understand
both the work and the space.

01

Direct selection by the gallery owner

We select not 'works that sell' but 'works that belong' — with thorough understanding of the artist's background and creative intent.

02

Access to international contemporary artists

Matthew Rose, whose work is held in MoMA and LACMA collections, alongside contemporary artists based in Paris, Osaka and Tokyo, are all available through our network.

03

A cohesive proposition: from originals to spatial decoration

From unique originals and limited-edition prints to interior art and art prints, we propose the right format for the spirit and function of your space.

04

Artist selection tailored to your brief

Drawing on a broad network of artists from Japan and abroad, we identify and propose the artist most suited to your concept, brand identity and budget.

05

Ongoing support after installation

Work rotation, private previews, certificate management and collection assessment reports — we offer a lasting partnership beyond the initial installation.

06

An integrated approach: curation, PR, social media and audience engagement

Our team includes marketing professionals with advertising agency backgrounds who can design press releases, social media content and visitor engagement strategies — turning the installation into a conversation.

Installation Scenarios

Three scenarios where space
and art converge.

Hotel & Resort

The work carries
the memory of the land.

What do you place in the lobby of a resort overlooking the sea? A work that knows nothing of the local history or landscape cannot speak to the spirit of the place.

Our Approach

We select artists with a deep understanding of local landscape, nature and cultural context. A contemporary artist whose practice centres on water or the sea creates a natural resonance with the facility's concept — making the artwork a part of the stay itself. We can coordinate distinct works for the lobby, guest rooms and shared corridors.

Restaurant & Bar

The walls embody
the philosophy of the kitchen.

A chef's philosophy and commitment to ingredients should be expressed through the entire space — not only on the plate. What hangs on the wall defines what this restaurant is.

Our Approach

For a space with a French sensibility, a collage by a Paris-based artist. For a restaurant rooted in local produce, a Japanese contemporary artist. Aligning the tone of the menu with that of the works allows the entire space to speak with a single voice. We propose across all formats — interior art and prints to original works — matched to atmosphere and budget.

Office & Corporate

Art generates
conversation.

A new office opening, a renovation, a VIP lounge refresh — each is a moment that calls for a work worthy of being talked about. Art is not merely an interior detail; it can be the starting point of a story.

Our Approach

We propose works and programmes with press coverage, social media reach and visitor experience in mind. Works by artists such as Yayoi Kusama or Touko Shinoda carry cultural authority and asset value — becoming a natural subject of conversation among guests. We can also support press releases and visual materials for the opening.
