## 1. Conditions for Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

- You contact us within 7 days of receiving the item
- The item is unused and in the same condition as when it arrived
- The item can be returned using its original packaging

## 2. Items Not Eligible for Return

Please note that we cannot accept returns for the following:

- Custom-made or commissioned artwork
- Items that have been opened or used
- Items with damage (scratches, stains, etc.) to the frame due to customer handling
- Sale or outlet items

## 3. How to Request a Return

If you wish to return an item, please follow these steps:

### Step 1: Contact Customer Support
Within 7 days of delivery, please contact us using the inquiry form or via email. Include the following details:

- Your full name
- Your shipping address
- The product name
- Reason for return
- A brief description of the product condition

### Step 2: Receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN)
We will issue a Return Authorization Number (RAN) via email after your return request is reviewed.

### Step 3: Pack and Ship the Item
Please pack the item carefully using the original packaging to avoid damage. Include the RAN and ship the item to the address provided by customer support.

### Step 4: Confirmation and Refund
Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund within 7 business days if no issues are found.

## 4. Return Shipping Costs

- If the return is due to a damaged or defective item: we will cover the return shipping.
- If the return is due to the customer’s personal preference: the customer will bear the return shipping cost.
