Shipping

DDP — Duties, Taxes & Customs Included

All orders ship on a DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) basis. The price displayed is the final price — no customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees are added on delivery. Ever.

  • International: FedEx / DHL (tracked)
  • Domestic (Japan): Yamato Transport / Sagawa Express (tracked)
  • Ships from: Tokyo, Japan

Packaging

Each work is individually packed using archival-quality protective materials sized to the work. Fragile or large works receive additional reinforcement. We take packaging seriously — works arrive exactly as they left the studio.

Returns & Exchanges

Return Window

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery, provided the work is in its original, unused condition with all accompanying documentation (Certificate of Authenticity, packaging).

How to Return

  1. Contact us via the contact form within 7 days of receiving the work
  2. We'll confirm return eligibility and provide a return address within 2 business days
  3. Ship the work back in its original packaging (return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility)
  4. Refund issued within 7 business days of receiving the returned work

Damaged or Incorrect Works

If a work arrives damaged in transit or materially differs from its description, we'll arrange a full refund or equivalent replacement at no cost to you. Please photograph the work and packaging immediately on arrival and contact us via the contact form.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom or specially commissioned works
  • Works returned more than 8 days after delivery
  • Works that have been displayed, used, or altered from their original condition
